Registration For Two People = $150.00
Registration For Three People = $225.00

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee is $50 per person until 3/15/18 and then goes up to $75.  Registration includes seminar attendance for one (1) veterinary professional.  Registration is limited; advance registration is recommended.  Onsite registration will be granted if and only if space is available.  This fee includes coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon.  It also includes a lite breakfast and a full lunch.  It does not include travel or any other expenses you may incur. 

 

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

All registrants will receive confirmation and receipt within 10 business days of receiving the registration form and payment.

 

TRAVEL

There are many hotels in the area. You are responsible for arrangements.  No group rates have been negotiated.

 

PARKING

Parking in the Riverdogs lot is free.   From the parking lot find the access towards the back of the building and take the elevator up.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your registration until March 15, 2018 and receive a 100% refund.  After 3/15/18, refunds will not be issued.  Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be received in writing. If you fail to attend without prior written notice, your registration fee will be forfeited.  You may send a substitute in place of the registered attendee.
